The following document contains all the terms and conditions for interacting with the Siraya brand, company, and services. For your convenience we have separated this document into several sections:

This document is available in multiple languages. Where there are any discrepancies or differences between language versions, the English version should be considered the most up-to-date and accurate version.

General Terms & Conditions
Effective date: August 9, 2016
The following terms and conditions outline how our services, stores, websites and applications (“Services”) should be used, and by visiting or using any of these Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
You may browse our products on any of our Services or on any Third Party Services where we publish product information. We will always do our best to make sure this information is accurate and up-to-date. Please note that sometimes photos, videos, their post-processed special effects or the screens such media is consumed on may result in slightly different colors to the final products you might receive. Our different Services may not list all currently available products, while the stock of products will differ between the Services maintained by ourselves and authorized agents/resellers. If there is a specific product you are after, please email sales@siraya.co and we will do our best to hunt it down for you.
The purchase of products via our Services usually requires the provision of Personal Information, including but not limited to contact information, details of your optical prescription and details necessary to process your payment. You will be told at the time of purchase how long your delivery would likely take, and you should receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
Changing or cancelling an order
We will make all reasonable efforts to change or cancel an order for any reason, but if your order has already shipped, you will need to wait until you have received your order and sent it back to us, before we can process a change or cancellation. Purchase limits
Our online ordering systems are only for personal, non-commercial use, and we purposefully limit purchase order quantities to allow other users to also make purchases. If you wish to order products in bulk or for commercial reasons, please email sales@siraya.co and we will be happy to discuss your needs.
After you have placed your order, you will be asked to choose a payment method and enter the required details. The payment methods available to you depend on where you are making your purchase from. It is at this point you will also be asked if you have any promotional coupons. If you do not enter your coupon code at this stage, we cannot process any discount that may be available to you.
Delivery information
Once your order has been processed, you will be emailed with details regarding your delivery, in some cases this may include details of the shipping company along with a tracking number and information on how you can track your order. Please note we cannot send orders to a PO Box as we require a signature for receipt of all orders.
Risk of loss
After your order has been provided to the shipping company for delivery, we are no longer responsible for its delivery to you. The shipper will always require a signature from someone at the address the product is being delivered to. This signature is considered proof of successful delivery. To avoid any potential loss of product, we recommend that you communicate with the shipping company to ensure you are that signee.
Intellectual property
The Siraya name, brand, logo, assets, imagery, marks, packaging or promotional slogs etc. (all collectively known as “Intellectual Property”) are all protected under various trademarks and copyrights. Your purchase of our products or interaction with our Services does not grant you any rights to ownership over this Intellectual Property or to copy any designs for your own products. You may not suggest the Siraya brand in any way endorses you or your materials without written permission from our management team. You may not reproduce any of our Intellectual Property without first receiving written permission from us. In order to do so, please email sales@siraya.co 
Services access
Please do not do anything that may affect the quality of our Services offered, including but not limited to:
  • Any action that may create a disproportionately large load on our server and other infrastructure
  • Bypass or attempt to circumvent any of the steps we require for the regular fulfillment of orders, including but not limited to any computer systems or Third Party Services used by Siraya in our regular business operations
  • Try to access any accounts which are not your own
  • Otherwise take any action which violates the Terms & Conditions herein
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent by any applicable law, Siraya and its related companies will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages occurring to any users of the Services or customers purchasing any products. This limitation of liability includes any theoretical or actual loss of profits by the affected parties or any Personal Information being obtained by anyone other than Siraya and its related companies, whether directly or indirectly or through any viruses, hackers or other bad actors, whether Siraya and its related companies were or were not aware of potential risks. Any direct damages may not ever be in excess of the value of the products involved or US$500.
Governing laws
No matter where you are located or where your order was delivered to, Siraya and its related companies will be governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). All parties agree to submit any complaints to and be judged by the courts of Taiwan (R.O.C.).

Returns Policy
Effective date: August 9, 2016
To ensure our customers’ satisfaction when shopping online with Siraya, we offer full refunds for any purchases you wish to return. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept returns sent back to us within 45 days of purchase. After we have received your product back, in the condition in which you received it, with all original cases and packaging, we will refund your money or send you a replacement for your faulty product within 15 working days. We only accept returns for purchases made on the Siraya.co website. If you made your purchase elsewhere, such as another website or retailer, the product must be returned to its place of purchase.
Please note, that shipping costs associated with the returns or replacement process are covered by the customer.
To initiate a return, please email sales@siraya.co with your order number, which item(s) you intend to return and why. Our Customer Service team will be reply to you within 2 working days to provide you with details for returning your purchase.
As our Services develop and as we expand internationally, we may be required by law to update this Returns Policy. When we make such changes, you will be able to see a change in the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Please review this Returns Policy regularly when using any of Services.

We pride ourselves on the high quality of Siraya products, so if within 1 year of purchase, you find there to be a manufacturing flaw or you find that the product does not stand up to the rigor of daily usage, we will be happy to help fix the error. If your lenses become scratched, you can order replacement lenses from us by sending us an email to sales@siraya.co 
In the event that replacement parts are no longer available for the product, we will provide you with new glasses of equal or greater retail value. We will do our best to provide you with options that satisfy your tastes.
As our Services develop and as we expand internationally, we may be required by law to update our Warranty. When we make such changes, you will be able to see a change in the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Please review this Warranty regularly when using any of Services.

Privacy Policy

The following document outline how Siraya.co and its affiliated companies handle your personal information. By using our services, stores, websites and applications (“Services”) or communicating with any of our direct or indirect agents, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
Please note, that we do not control the Privacy Policies of third party websites (‘Third Party Services”)  such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WeChat and other sites where our brands may have a presence. We cannot take responsibility for their privacy policies, practices or content, and we encourage you to carefully read their privacy policies before you use those those websites.

What information we collect
We collect 2 types of information: Personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) and information that cannot directly identify who you are (“Non-personal Information”).
Personal Information we may collect about you includes:
  • Your name, username, email address and password
  • Any contact information you may give us when making a purchase or contact us, such as address or phone number
  • Any eyewear prescription data you may give us in making a purchase
  • Your credit card or bank information provided when making a purchase or when contacting us
  • Your purchase history with us
  • Any chat/email/communication history you may have with us or our agents
  • Your social media profile, photos and videos that may have been used when communicating with us or entering a competition or other promotion
  • Any survey responses you provide us with
  • Other information from Third Party Services that you explicitly give us access to
Non-personal Information we may collect about you includes:
  • The name of your internet service provider
  • The IP and MAC address of the device you used to access our Services
  • The type of device you are using to access our Services
  • The operating system and web browser you are using to access our Services
  • The date and time you access our Services
  • Search terms entered on search engines that brought you to our Services
  • The website you clicked from to access our Services
  • The website you left our Services for
  • Your any passive or active actions you took on our Services
Information from children
Please note, that we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are the parent or legal guardian of an under-age child, you may use our Services on their behalf, and we will treat information you submit to us as Personal Information in accordance with this document. How we collect information
We collect information about you in the following ways:
  • Information you provided us when making a purchase, such as your contact information, product requirements, and payment information
  • Communications you may have with us (which may have occurred through email, contact forms, phone, post or other contact methods in public or in private through Third Party Services) etc.
  • Third Party Services provide us a broad range of information about users that interact with our brands. Most of this information is Non-personal Information, but some of it may be if you explicitly granted us access to that information through certain promotions and competitions that may be run on these platforms.
  • Information we automatically collect on our Services through the use of technologies such as tracking Cookies, Pixel Tags and Web Beacons. These monitor your interactions with our Services and our marketing or sales messages and help us to provide you with more relevant information. Most modern browsers allow you to clear these trackers on a manual or automated basis.
How we use the information we collect
All the information we collect about you is geared towards serving you better, such as developing more products that may be of interest to you or serving you with marketing messages that include products and promotions that are hopefully to your liking.
Our internal use of your information
We may use your personal information to provide our Services to you, such as:
  • Facilitate the sale and delivery of our products to you
  • To contact you when necessary or respond to your comments and questions
  • To personalize our Services for you or provide you with personal recommendations and other marketing messages that are more relevant to you

Non-personal Information
We may share, disclose, combine or aggregate Non-personal Information we and other Third Party Services may have gathered about you, typically through the use of Cookies, Pixel Tags and other Web Beacons etc. This information does not contain your Personal Information.
Opting out

Affiliated businesses and non-affiliated agents
Occasionally we need to provide your information to other businesses and agents, so as to fulfill purchases and some of the functionality provided by us via our Services. We will only share the information that is necessary for the completion of your transaction or the service.
Business transfers
Should the Siraya brand or related businesses be acquired by another party, your Personal Information could be something transferred to that party.
Protection of us and others
We reserve the right to read, access, preserve or disclose any information that we reasonably believe is necessary to comply with the laws of the markets in which we operate, a court order or to cooperate with law enforcement, or in the event that we need to protect the rights of Siraya, its employees and affiliated parties.
What information you can access
Through our account settings screens of our Services, you may be able to view or edit details such as your name, email address and other contact information.
How we protect your information
We do our best to protect your information, and only allow access to authorized employees and parties that require it for the completion of delivering products and services to you. Some of your information is protected behind password login systems for our Services which are maintained by Third Party Services. We strongly recommend you use complex passwords to avoid the possibility of your information being accessed. Although we use every reasonable effort to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the protection of your Personal Information, and any Personal Information you provide us with is done so at your own risk.
